The Account Manager is backed by a seasoned team of IT service

The Account Managers work to develop a strategic partnering
relationship with the client. They attempt to develop a
holistic understanding of the clients' requirements and
thus help the client fulfill their short and long term requirements.
Through the use of documented SLAs and metrics, regular
service review meetings, scheduled and ad hoc reports, Sify Assure
ensures the highest levels of initial and ongoing client
satisfaction. Our SLAs are customized to the individual
requirements of our clients, allowing broad flexibility
to meet our clients' needs.
